Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. The package will be shipped out within 5 days after ordering. Generally, it will take 15- 30 days for the package to reach you.

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number with tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Handling Time: 1-5 working days

Shipping Delivery Time: The time it takes for the package to arrive depends on the international logistics situation. Generally, it will take 15- 30 days for the package to reach you.

Shipping Carrier:
We partner with multiple  logistics companies to ensure timely and safe delivery. Orders over $50 from our store will be free for shipping. Orders below $49.99 will be charged  $9.95 for shipping.

Shipping Locations:
We ship most of the countries around the world. And for the United States, excluding  Guam,  APOs, FPOs, and DPOs due to carrier restrictions.

Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Verify the shipping address.
2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
